Nocino 375
Nocino 375 is our family's oldest proprietary recipe: we used to gather the still green walnuts during the first days of summer in the beautiful Emilian valleys to prepare the best liqueur to offer to friends.
And this is still how we do it today, combining the ancient regional tradition with our grandfather's preparation: 375 malli for each demijohn, which were divided into four before being left to macerate for sixty days with alcohol and spices. At this point the Nocino is left to rest for at least a year, to be ready to give us its unmistakable flavour, and can then be filtered and bottled. All rigorously without haste.
